Our history began in 2012, with a group of businessmen were discussing their pain points in business and the idea of Cambodia Investor Club Association started in order to provide investment platforms for Cambodian Entrepreneurs in order to assist them to access to finance and to develop their business more sustainably.

Ideas turned into action

Cambodia Investor Club Association initiated by 13 Cambodian business owners on April 01, 2013 with a mission to mobilize local investors and build a most reliable investment platform where they could participate in and benefit from their best potential in growing Cambodia’s local enterprises and economy in a sustainable and ethical manner. Started with 100 members who are 99% local business owners.

13 Board of Directors

Our Board is collectively responsible for our long-term success. With 13 Board of Director, 190 Years of combined Experiences, the Board approve our strategy and takes appropriate action to ensure that we have the resources we need to achieve our strategic aspirations.

In 2016, the number of members has grown from 201 to 222 from different business industry sectors in Cambodia.

250 members

After years of collaboration across companies and industry sectors between CiC members, in 2017 we have 250 members who come from all corners of the local economy.

BIO Program Launching

BIO Program is a business accelerator program founded by Cambodia Investor Club (CiC) in 2018 with an aim to catapult local SMEs to the next level by giving entrepreneurs the access to capacity development program, mentorship, consultation and opportunities to get investment funds.

Moreover, BIO program also provides a platform where business owners can connect to supportive networks of peers whose experience they can learn from; currently, we have over 400+ members in various industries and sectors in Cambodia.

CiC Capital Partner Plc officially authorized as “Fund Management Company” by SECC

Cambodian Investors Capital Partners Plc (CiC Capital Partners) is a public limited company and a subsidiary of Cambodian Investors Corporation Plc (CiC Plc).

CiC Capital Partners Plc is the first company in Cambodia, officially authorized as “Fund Management Company” by Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC). As a Fund Management Company, CiC Capital Partners creates and manages the public funds of collective investment schemes. The main strategic goal of CiC Capital Partners is to establish the most reliable investment platform to provide investees and investors the greater access to finance and investment opportunity. 

CAIN Program

The program runs with the support from Cambodia Investor Club (CiC), Cambodian Angel Investors Network (CAIN) Program is an angel investor development program providing business angels participating in an investor education program and investment gateway.

CAIN Program, previously known as BIO Investor Program (2018-2019), covering a 5-month intensive curriculum and various activities, including joint study trips, investment pitches, startup pitches, evaluation of the business, and networking with experienced local and international business angels.
